They say the recipe was never meant to leave the kitchen. We don't tell stories β€” we serve them.

Every bowl starts with an 18-hour broth. Every seat is reserved. Every order is prepared before you arrive, so it's on your table within minutes, exactly the way you like it.

How it works

  1. Reserve your table

    Pick a weekend date, a sitting and your party β€” up to six at one table. Booking takes a minute, right here.

  2. Pre-order on WhatsApp

    The full menu lands in your chat. Choose every bowl before the night β€” the kitchen cooks only what's coming.

  3. Transfer 50% to lock it

    Half your order, paid by bank transfer, confirms the table. The rest is settled at the shop β€” cash or transfer. No cards.

  4. Arrive on time, eat hot

    Your table is yours for an hour and a half. Everything is fired as you walk in β€” late arrivals eat cooler ramen.

FAQ

Good questions.

Once you reserve, the menu lands on your WhatsApp. You pre-order, we total it, and half of that β€” paid by bank transfer β€” locks your table. The rest is settled at the shop in cash or by transfer. Cards never enter the building.

Tell us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your sitting and we'll move your booking or return the advance. Inside 24 hours the advance is used up β€” your ingredients are already committed to the fire.

No walk-ins β€” eighteen seats, all pre-ordered, all spoken for. Reserve above and the night is planned around you.

Children under 8 can't join β€” the pace and the heat of the room work best for older kids and adults. Everyone else, come through.

Peanuts run through our whole kitchen, so we can't safely host peanut allergies β€” that one is non-negotiable. Every other allergy or dietary need: note it in your booking and the kitchen plans your bowls around it.
